It has different clinical subtypes including localized, generalized, subcutaneous, macular and perforating. Granuloma annulare perforans is a rare subtype of granuloma annulare and usually associated with polymorphic, crusted, umbilicated papules, pustular lesions and small atrophic scars on extremities. This clinical appearance may accompany to transepidermal elimination of degenerated collagen histopathologically. Herein we want to present a female patient diagnosed as granuloma annulare perforans with excellent response to systemic isotretinoin.
