ABSTRACT
Mucin plays a major role in maintaining the balance of water and salt in the dermis and is a component of the dermal extracellular matrix and is normally performed in small amounts by fibroblasts. Cutaneous mucinosis is a heterogeneous group of diseases with abnormal accumulation of mucin in the skin. In this article, it is aimed to give information about musinosis.
