ABSTRACT

Botulinum toxin can be used for different medical aims. Cosmetic aspects were noticed after facial application. Toxin can reduce active muscle induced wrinkles. Botox has got inhibitory effect on eccrine sweat glands. According to this effect, it can also be used in the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis. After botox injection is applied in appropriate dosages, patients should be followed up such as other cosmetic procedures. After application several side effects can be detected according to muscle inhibition.
