ABSTRACT
Eruptive xanthoma is a form of cutaneous xanthoma that develops in the setting of primary or secondary hypertriglyceridemia. Although Köbner’s phenomenon, also known as isomorphic reaction, is typically associated various skin diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus and vitiligo, it is rarely observed in histiocytoses such as eruptive xanthoma and multicentric reticulohistiocytosis. In this case report, we aimed to present a case or eruptive xanthoma as a rare cause of Köbner’s phenomenon.
