ABSTRACT
Pityriasis lichenoides chronica is an idiopathic, chronic, papulosquamous disease. The trunk, thighs and upper arms are frequently affected. PLC is characterized by erythematous scaly papules. The lesions may also be generalized, occasionally even spreading to the palms and soles. A few cases of localized pityriasis lichenoides chronica have been reported in the literature. Herein we present a case of segmental pityriasis lichenoides chronica over the trunk with zosteriform lesions.
