Reactions to hymenoptera venoms are major health problems because of their serious consequences. Reactions to hymenoptera venoms can develop locally or systemically and may be mediated by IgE-dependent or non-IgE-dependent mechanisms. In this review we aimed to discuss the classification, diagnosis and the management of the lesions and reactions caused by hymenoptera venom hypersensitivity.
