ABSTRACT
Porokeratosis of Mibelli is a rare disorder of hereditary keratinization. Clinically, central atrophy surrounded by a ring around the annular hyperkeratotic plaques is characterized. The histopathologic characteristic of porokeratosis is the precense of parakeratotic columns which are also called cornoid lamellae. A 22-year-old woman patient clinically and histopathologically diagnosed as porokeratosis of Mibelli has been presented as it is rarely seen.
