ABSTRACT
Mal de Meleda (MdM) is a rare type of palmoplantar keratoderma with autosomal recessive transmission. It is characterized by clinically symmetrical palmoplantar keratoderma and hyperkeratosis that surrounds the backs of the hands and feet in the style of gloves and socks. 54-year-old male patient with a family history of MdM is presented in this article.
