ABSTRACT
Lineer IgA bullous dematosis (LAD) is an autoimmune disease characterized by bearing subepidermal blister. In immunofluorescein examination, linear IgA deposition at basal membrane is enough for diagnosis. Immunofluorescein (IF) examination is the most important investigation for the diagnosis of LAD. Childhood chronic bullous disease is accepted as a variant of LAD. In this paper, a female baby at the age of 22 months bearing itchy bubbles with water has been presented. According to her story this event was taken place 6 months ago and treated by systemic antibiotic related on impetigo disease however no progress was seen. Immunofluorescein examination taken from the patient was evaluated as LAD. 25 mg dapson was given to patient and dramatic response was taken.
