ABSTRACT
Keratosis lichenoides chronica or Nekam’s disease is a rare chronic keratinisation disorder characterized by lichenoid hyperkeratotic papules arranged in a linear pattern with unknown aetiology and without any systemic associations. The disease has a chronic and progressive course and is characterized by a poor response to almost all topical treatments and most systemic regimens. Around 70 cases have been reported in the litterature. In this case we present a 21-year old patient that we diagnosed as Nekam’s disease with clinical and histopathological examinations.
