ABSTRACT
Erythromelanosis follicularis faciei et colli (EFFC) is a bening dermatose with unknown etiology and characterized by discomfortability due to the color in face. It often starts in the second decade of life. It is more often seen in Asian people and males. The çlassic triad consists of erythema localized in the same area of faces, hyperpigmentation and follicular plugs and papules and pilar keratosis in trunk and proximal parts of the upper extremity. Here, we present an 18 year old woman who shows all the clinical signs of the disease, for its rarity and importance of the differential diagnosis.
