ABSTRACT

Spindle cell carcinoma is a rare high-risk type invasive squamous cell carcinoma clinically appearing as an exophytic or ulcerated tumor on the sun exposed skin of elderly patients. We present a 69-year-old case who had spindle cell carcinoma because it is rarely seen and clinically mimicks keratoacanthoma.
