ABSTRACT

Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome is a rare type of lichen planopilaris (follicular lichen planus) characterized by the triad of cicatricial alopecia of the scalp, non-cicatricial hair loss of the axilla and pubis, and keratotic, follicular papules of the trunk and extremities. Herein we report a 27 year old female with Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur syndrome.
