ABSTRACT
Intracranial malignancies, even if the primary or metastatic, are frequently complicated by seizure activity and phenytoin is often used to prevent increased seizure activity. Uncommonly erythema multiforme like lesions may develop in these patients starting from the radiation field and distributed over the entire body known as EMPACT syndrome (E:erythema, M:multiforme associated with P:phenytoin, A:and, C:cranial, radiation, T:therapy). Herein, a female patient with EMPACT syndrome developed after phenytoin and radiotherapy.
