ABSTRACT
Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), is a syndrome charactherised by hemostatic inbalance and stimulation of widespread intravascular blood coagulation. Althought not always detected, it is caused by an underlying disease. Sometimes it may occur before the diagnosis of the underlying disease. A case with no previously known malignancy and was diagnosed DIC is presented here.
